Once you have made your initial appointment, we will email you our intake forms which can easily be completed, signed, and sent back to us - all electronically! You can also find them on our site here. If you do not wish to use this feature, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your first appointment to complete your paperwork in office.

Free appointment reminders will be sent via email and text for your convenience. Appointments cancelled within 24hrs of scheduled time are subject to a cancellation fee equal to the amount of the visit (before any applied discounts.) what to expect

new patients

Your initial appointment includes an in-depth investigation of the issue to determine exactly where the problem is arising from, and to review your specific healthcare goals. We will have plenty of time to explore your concerns, answer all of your questions, and introduce you to our practice approach.

After the full health history, a detailed physical exam will be performed. Once we have gathered enough additional information, we will discuss our findings with you, followed by our recommendations for your treatment plan. In some certain circumstances, we may determine that chiropractic care is not the best option for your condition. Should this be the case, we can help to refer you to another doctor.

After we ensure that all your questions have been addressed, and that you are comfortable with our process, we will begin with your first treatment. Since each treatment plan is unique, treatments will vary depending on your needs; however, these first sessions will generally be comprised of an adjustment, soft tissue therapy, and home care instructions to further assist with your healing.

Our office does not have an on-site radiographic suite and we do not ask you to obtain x-rays unless deemed necessary. In these situations, we will direct you to an appropriate facility.

While the exact time of your visit will vary based on the complexity of your individual health presentation, this appointment should take approximately 30 minutes.

After your initial consultation, we will typically begin a short series of regular follow-up appointments. You can expect to spend less time in these visits, around 15 minutes, since they will focus on the treatment portion of your care. In addition, we will begin to work on a custom rehabilitation program with you during this phase in order to help you regain the strength and skills to return to an active, fully functional lifestyle.

As we progress through your course of care, we will monitor your responses on a visit-to-visit basis and will adjust your treatment plan to adapt to your changing needs along the way, if necessary.

The goal of these appointments is to use targeted treatments to facilitate complete physical healing while learning how to integrate healthy changes into your daily routine - including appropriate exercises, modifications to normal activities and habits, and nutritional support - to stabilize improvements and prevent future relapse.


FLo Chiropractic is not in-network with any health insurance companies. At this time, we do not submit or process insurance reimbursement requests for any services rendered at our office. This includes billing for all individual health plans, car accidents or personal injury cases, and workers compensation claims.

We understand that you may have out-of-network benefits and will provide you with an itemized receipt (superbill), containing the information you will need to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement, upon request. Since we require payment for any care you receive from us at the time of service, any allowed amounts through your insurance plan will be paid directly to you.
